Vendors Can Provide Significant HRD Support

Partnerships – Developing and maintaining long term relationships, including providing personnel to the O/O
Operating Experience – Applying experience from the vendor country and the use of their technology
Organizational Development / Knowledge Transfer – Helping to stand up the O/O from the vendor country’s operating organization(s)
Tools/Technical support – Providing specialized tools and technical support already designed or in use  by the vendor (covered in another presentation)
Training – Providing either user training or train-the-trainer instruction
Qualification – Qualifying O/O personnel on vendor equipment and systems
